We hope that you love and cherish your beautiful, hand-made, bone china Grande Candle. It's designed and intended to be repurposed or repoured - rather than disposed of - once you have enjoyed your initial candle and it's completely expired.

Once your initial Grande candle has burned entirely we recommend washing out any residual wax by hand, then carefully place the upturned vessel in the dishwasher and package it up very carefully* (we suggest in the original packaging), and return it to us to be repoured by hand with your chosen Scentscape® from our collection.

Our return address will be sent to you upon order confirmation. Please send Recorded Mail. We cannot be responsible for lost or missing parcels.

This service includes the return shipping of your refilled Grande Candle. Your re-poured candle will be carefully returned to you in the original packaging to preserve your Grande Candle and in support of our environmental credentials. Should you require a new Grande Candle box, this can be arranged and will be an additional cost of £19.

* We cannot take any responsibility for returned vessels that are broken on receipt.
